Heard Mr. T.K. Jha, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No.1/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash and set aside the FIR No. 1442 of 2022 (Annexure P/2) registered at City Kotwali, Durg and further proceedings based on the same qua against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, as the charge-sheet has already been filed against the petitioners before the competent Court, the learned trial Court has framed charges against them, and the trial is presently at the stage of evidence. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty 3 to the petitioners to approach this Court afresh, if any further cause of action arises.
