This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that the police have conducted a preliminary enquiry pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner and came to conclusion that the subject matter is purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
