Case No.154/2013, whereby the learned Family Court has partly allowed the application and has granted maintenance to the respondent No.2 Rs. 3000/- per month, hence dissatisfied with the conclusion, findings recorded by the learned Family Court. Hence this revision. 3. It appears that with the passage of time, the applicant has lost interest in pursuing this matter. 4. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 5.
