The petitioners are agriculturists and dependent upon the produce from their village land and therefore, pray that some time be granted to repay the amount. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to time being granted provided the petitioners liquidate the entire amount of approximately Rs.7,68,000/-. 2 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct maintenance of status quo with regard to the secured asset with liberty to the petitioners to repay the amount within a period of two (2) months. We make it clear that this order shall remain in force only for a period of two months and thereafter, it shall be open to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law. 5.
