Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the petitioner, who is facing trial in NDPS Case No.13/2025, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, Morigaon, Assam, prays for releasing him on bail. The petitioner has completed 191 days in judicial Page No.# 2/2 custody. 3. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 4. The petitioner claimed that nothing was recovered from his possession. 5. This Court is of the opinion that under such circumstances, the Trial Court should examine at least 2(two) prosecution witnesses, after that the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again. 6. With the aforesaid direction, the present bail application stands closed and disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
