The only grievance of the petitioner is that the document is a Photostat copy and that it was marked even without stating that it is subject to proof and relevancy. 3. In view of the said limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction that Ex.R1, which was marked as per the impugned docket order, is subject to proof and relevancy, as it is a Photostat copy and secondary evidence.
