The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to directing the Respondent Number 3 Sub Divisional Officer to decide the Restoration Application Number Nil of 2022 filed by Petitioner in Case Number 72 of 2002 (Kshetriya Halkai Lekhpal, Ramaipatti V. Nanhak Mithai Lal & Others) under Section 33/39 U.P. Land Revenue Code pending before the Respondent No. 3 Sub Divisional Officer (Parganadhikari) Mirzapur, District Mirzapur on day to day basis." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Writ C No. 28312 of 2023, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2023. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the The Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
