He submits that with respect to the grievance raised qua the CDR, the prosecuting agency is in the process of collecting the details and in the supplementary chargesheet, the same shall also be produced. It is thus seen that prayer (a) and (b) stand satisfied. 2. With respect to prayer (c), it is submitted that the non-cognizable report has also been furnished. 3.
