1. The issue involved in this writ petition has already been decided by this Court in case of Faguvaram Patel & others Vs. State of Chhattisgarh [WPS No. 3870 of 2021 (decided on 30.09.2022)].
2. In view of the above, the instant writ petition also deserves to be
disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in case of Faguvaram Patel (supra).
