Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the petitioners have made representation on 22/09/2025, however, the said representation has not been decided, therefore, the direction may be issued to decide the same. 3. Learned State counsel submits that they have no objection in deciding the representation of the petitioners. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 22/09/2025 after giving proper opportunity of hearing to all the concerned persons expeditiously as soon as possible in accordance with law. 3 / 3 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits. 7.
