ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring action of the respondents in not providing police protection to the petitioner for cultivating the subject lands i.e. an extent Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.472, situated at Chamadala Village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and violation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner for cultivating the subject lands i.e. an extent Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.472, situated at Chamadala village, Jaladanki Mandal, SPSR Nellore District,and pass ...”
Heard Sri C.Subodh, learned counsel for the Petitioner, and Sri K.Venkat Rao, learned counsel for respondents 6 and 7 and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
During hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner brought to the notice of this Court the interim order passed by this Court on 19.12.2022 which reads as under:
“.. In the meanwhile, the police authorities shall provide necessary police protection to the petitioner only to the extent of ensuring compliance of the injunction order granted by the civil Court by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kavali in IA No.80 of 2022 in OS No.38 of
2022. The said protection shall be afforded as and when the petitioner approached the appropriate police station for specific protection and provided the injunction order remains alive.”
Learned counsel would further submit that in the light of the interim order granted in his favour, no further orders are necessary and this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State on instructions would submit that no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No
order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
