Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the Petitioners, a case in Crime No.6 of 2017 under Sections 403, 406, 408, 420, 477-A r/w 34 of IPC of CID PS., A.P., Amaravathi was registered. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
