ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent authorities in interfering with the petitioner’s activity of running a Bar in rented premises in Survey No.693. r It is submitted that the unofficial respondents have instigated respondent Nos.2 to 5 and are causing hindrance to the business of the petitioner. This Court, on 10.10.2025, directed the counsel for the petitioner to verify if any permission was obtained for the subject construction has been obtained from the 2"'* respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner is erecting temporary sheds, no permission was sought from the 2"^^ respondent. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall apply for grant of permission to the 2"^^ respondent and the 2"^^ respondent can consider the application of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner shall submit an application to the 2"'^ respondent and the 2"*^ respondent shall duly consider the application for grant of permission for erecting the temporary sheds. The writ petition can be disposed off at the admission stage, directing the 2"^^ respondent to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law. The 2^^^^ respondent shall consider the application for giving permission within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed off. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
