Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, declaring the letter bearing No. NCC(AP and T)/162/6/P and C, dated 23-07- 2024 of the 3rd Respondent, whereby and where under the NCC Sub-Unit of the Petitioner High School was withdrawn as illegal, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to continue the NCC Sub-Unit in the Petitioner High School forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased suspend the operation of the Letter of the 3rd Respondent bearing No.NCC(AP and T)/162/6/P and C, dated 23-07-2024, by continuing the existing NCC Sub-Unit in the Petitioner High School, pending disposal of the present Writ Petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to permit the NCC cadets in the petitioner college to appear for the ‘B’ and ‘C’ certificates examinations scheduled to be held on 23-02-2025 and 16-02-2025 respectively or any other subsequent dates pending disposal of the present writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
