This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayer;
“….pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 as highly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and clear violation of Articles 14, 21 of Constitution of India and principles of natural Justice and consequently, to Set- Aside the Proceedings, vide, Lr.C.No.E- 1025605/2017, dated 17.02.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent.”

Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of interim order, dated 08.05.2023 granting stay of all further proceedings, pursuant to Lr.C.No.E-1025605/2017, dated 17.02.2023 issued by the 2nd respondent, purpose is served and hence, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition. 3.
