Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that, this matter is squarely covered by an order of this Court passed in WP No.8952 of 2021 dated 18.07.2024 by following the order of a learned Single Judge of this Court passed in WP No.8642 of 2021, dated 14.12.2022, and requests this Court to pass similar order in this writ petition also. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents does not refute the said submission. 4. In view of the submissions made by both the learned counsels, this Court deems fit to allow this writ petition in terms of the said order dated 18.07.2024 passed by this Court in WP No.8952 of 2021. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed in terms of the order of this Court dated 18.07.2024 passed in WP No.8952 of 2021. There shall be no order as to costs. 6. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order passed by this Court in WP No.8952 of 2021, dated 18.07.2024. 7.
