The instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 7, seeking quashment of charge-sheet in P.R.C.No.03 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of 1st Class, Kothuru for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC and Section 3 & 4 of D.P Act. 2. Heard Sri B.Rama Shankar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court on every adjournment. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, dispensing with the presence of the petitioners before the trial Court, except for the purpose of furnishing sureties to enable the Court to commit the case. For all other adjournments, the presence of the petitioners is dispensed with, unless their appearance is specifically directed by the trial Court. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all their contentions
