A memo dated 26.09.2025 singed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under; “The Petitioners respectfully submits as under: That, the Petitioners instructed the Advocate on record to file memo for withdrawal of the instant Writ Petition with reserving liberty to file fresh petition challenging the subsequent Order passed by the Deputy Commissioner Belagavi in bearing No. L.G.L(3)/CR-01/2025/25(E-291678) dated 02.05.2025.
