2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused Sushil Kumar has assaulted the informant with lathi on his hands causing fracture injuries. The doctor has found that the injury grievous in nature.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43380 of 2024(3) dt.04-03-2025 2/2 the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail and submits that the informant has sustained grievous injury.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and grievous injury, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
