Heard Sri Deepak Chowrasia, the petitioner, who appears in person, Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel put up his appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 and 4. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by counsel for the respondents that as many as 24 orders have been challenged in the present petition but all of them are different cause of action, hence the petitioner be directed to file separate writ petition for the separate cause of action. 3. At this point of time a prayer has been made by Sri Deepak Chowrasi that he may permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the separate cause of action. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed. 5. Certified copy of order which is appended along-with the petition, office is directed to return the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after keeping the photocopy of the same.
