The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Directing the respondent no. 2 (Registrar/Nirikshak U.P. Madarsha Education Board Jawahar Bhawan Lucknow.) to take a decision as per the hearing dated 06.03.2025. (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restrained the respondent no. 4 for making any appointment on the post of assistant teacher (Tahtaniya)." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the alleged resignation of the petitioner, the petitioner has filed representation before respondent no. 2 which is pending consideration, however, till date no order has been passed. 4. Learned counsel for respondent no. 4 submits that he would have no objection in case the matter is examined by respondent no. 2. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner with regard to the alleged resignation of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
