GP FOR HOME 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 30818 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the high handed action on the part of the respondents herein more particularly 4th respondent Station House Officer/ Sub-Inspector of Police, interfering the Civil disputes between the petitioners and the 5th and 6th respondents threatening to vacate the 2nd petitioner who is the tenant of the residential house D.No 2-258 in Sy.no.95/2 in Kongodu Village,Karapa Mandal is contrary to the law apart from violative of principles of natural justice and violative of article 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially to direct the respondents including the 4th respondent Station House Officer/ Sub-Inspector of Police Karapa police Station, Kakinada District not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the 5th and 6th respondents including threatening to vacate the 2nd petitioner who is the tenant of the residential house D.No 2-258 in Sy no.95/2 in Kongodu Villageand to pass.…” 2. Heard Sri Bokka Satyanarayana Kamla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on 19.10.2025, the respondent police have received a representation from the 6th respondent, who is the daughter of the 1st petitioner, against the 2nd petitioner. Basing on the said complaint, on 22.10.2025, both the parties were called to the police station and after 4 conducting the preliminary enquiry, both the parties stated that they will withdraw the complaint and given a withdrawal letter jointly. He would further submit that except for the purpose of preliminary enquiry, the police never interfered with the civil disputes between the parties. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
