The petitioner has filed this petition assaling the order dated 27.02.2025 Annexure P/1 by which an amount of Rs. 3,47,645/- has been withheld by the respondents on account of miscellaneous head. On instruction State counsel would submit that recovery proceedings has to be initiated against the petitioner, therefore, his claim could not be finalized ad after verifying the fact they will clear all the dues as soon as possible. 3. Be that as it may be, State is directed to pay full pension and gratuity to the petitioner after deducting the amount which is recoverable from him within 15 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
