GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "….to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 4th and 5th Respondents in fixing the boundaries by surveying the land to an extent of land admeasuring Ac.3-70 cents comprised in Sy.No.140/1 situated at Sattenapalli, Palnadu District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct survey of land in Sy.No.140/1 of Sattenapalli, Palnadu District and pass such other orders…." 2. The petitioner made an application in SPANDANA vide application No.FSNV012300182528 dated 29.05.2023 to conduct a survey. The said application was rejected by the respondent – authorities vide order dated 12.07.2023, stating that as there is no sub- division to Sy.No.140/1 of Sattenapalli village, Palnadu District. Hence, they are unable to conduct survey. 3. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 12.07.2023, he is at liberty, to file appeal under Section 12 of the A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, assailing the proceedings dated 12.07.2023 before the appellate authority or invoke any appropriate authority in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
