GP FOR REVENUE 3 DR,J W.P.No.35510 of 2025 The Court made the followingORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: “…to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or direction declaring the action of the 4thRespondent and staff in trying to dispossess the Petitioner from his agriculture land situated in Sy.No.490/2 measuring an extent of Ac.0.70 Cents of Mylapalli Village, Chitvel Mandal, Annamayya District., (Former YSR Kadapa District)., without issuing any notice or following any procedure as arbitrarily, illegal, without authority, against the principles of natural justice at the behest of Respondents 5 to 7 and consequently direct the 4th Respondent and staff not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the aforementioned agricultural land by refraining them from dispossessing …” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as against respondent No.5 to 7, the petitioner approached the civil Court by filing O.S.No.206 of 2025 on the file of learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rajampet and the said Court has granted interim injunction in favour of the petitioner as against the unofficial respondents. Now, the official respondents i.e., respondent Nos.1 to 4 at the behest of unofficial respondents are interfering with the possession of the petitioner and trying to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. Hence, the writ petition. 4. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on written instructions, submits that though the petitioner is claiming his possession based on the patta, but as per the revenue records, the patta is 4 DR,J W.P.No.35510 of 2025 not in his favour and he further submits that the respondents have not initiated any action under Andhra Pradesh Assigned Lands (Prohibition of Transfers) Act, 1977. 5. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of without going into the merits of the case. Hence, notice to respondent No.5 to 7 is dispensed with. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
