GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION NO: 30590 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:- “to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the possession of subject land over an extent of Ac.1.20 cents in Sy.No.124-P situated at Velupodu village, Dagadarthi Mandal, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District, without following any procedure contemplated under law, as illegal and consequently direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject land and pass such other order”. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner has submitted that the copy of possession certificate dated 02.02.2019, issued by the Village Revenue Officer, Velipodu village, Dagadarthi Mandal, shows that the petitioner is in possession of the subject land. 3. In the said circumstances, there shall be a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land without following due process of law. 4 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
