CONCILIATION ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the award dated 01.09.2021 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru, in ID No.240/2012 produced at Annexure-D. 2. After negotiations, the parties have arrived at a settlement voluntarily. Accordingly, both the parties have filed a joint memo duly signed by them. Parties admit the contents of the joint memo. The joint memo shall be read as part and parcel of this order. 3. Therefore, in terms of the joint memo, this writ petition is disposed of modifying the award dated - 3 - 01.09.2021 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru, in ID No.240/2012 produced at Annexure-D. A MANJUNATH &Respondent JOINT MEMO The WP filed against the award in ID No.240/2012 dated 01.09.2021 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal, Bengaluru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 1.The basic pay of the Respondent is reduced by one incremental stage with cumulative effect and another one increment will restored notionally. However, the arrears will be paid from date of award. 2. The suspension period is treated as not on duty. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of Conciliators on this 08.03.2025 at Bengaluru Bench.
