Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the official respondents particularly respondent No 4 in not registering the FIR on the report dated 26-7-2019 given by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional,

ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the official respondents particularly respondent No 4 in not registering the FIR on the report dated 26-7-2019 given by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional, ...”
At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint of the Petitioner, the Investigating Officer called the Petitioner and enquired the matter, wherein, it revealed that there are property disputes between him and his sister.
The investigation also revealed that the sister of the Petitioner filed a complaint against the Petitioner herein which is the subject matter in Crime No.32 of 2020 of Kadapa I Town Police Station and the issue is pending with RDO, Kadapa and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders. None represented for the Petitioner. In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
