The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 10.2.2025 passed by this Court in Application Under Section 482 No.9656 of 2024. It has been pleaded that the opposite parties are not withdrawing cases registered at their instance against the applicant. Despite a settlement having been made in the Court in Application Under Section 482 No.9656 of 2024, the conduct of the opposite parties cannot be termed as contumacious and the applicant has the remedy to file separate proceedings, if maintainable, for enforcement of any agreement entered into between the parties.
