Sri Ramesh Chigari, learned Additional Government Advocate, has orally opposed the bail application. 4. Heard the argument of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused No.1 and learned AGA appearing for the respondent/State. It is submitted by the petitioner’s counsel and also learned AGA that the victim/injured has taken treatment at hospital as an out-patient. It is submitted that accused No.1 is in judicial custody from the date of his arrest i.e., on 24.02.2025. Now accused No.1 is not required for further investigation. 6. Considering the nature, gravity of the offences and nature of injuries caused to the victim, at this stage, I am of the opinion that it is just and proper to allow the petition with conditions. 7. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following: ORDER Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner/accused No.1 shall be released on bail in Crime No.25/2025 of Bendigeri Police Station, Hubballi pending on the file of learned III Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Hubballi, subject to the following conditions: - 5 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:7168 CRL.P No. 101573 of 2025 i) The petitioner/accused No.1 shall execute a self bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) for the like sum with one surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court; ii) The petitioner/accused No.1 shall make himself available for interrogation by police officer as and when required; iii) The petitioner/accused No.1 shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such fact to the court or to any police officer; iv) The petitioner/accused No.1 shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
