Heard Sri K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner to the police station frequently without there being registration of crime and interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the subject matter is purely of a civil nature and the police are not interfering in the civil dispute. 5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to call the petitioner to the police station without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
