This petition has been filed seeking following relief: (A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2/Director General, Medical Education and Training, U.P., Jawahar Bhawan, Lucknow to consider the application dated 15.04.2025 and 16.04.2025 moved by the petitioner and her husband and transfer the services of the petitioner from Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi to B.R.D. Medical College, Gorakhpur on newly created post of Nursing Sister in Burn Unit. 2. There is only one petitioner in this petition and her husband is not a petitioner. 3. Under the circumstances, the prayer is completely misconceived and this petition is dismissed.
