Heard Sri A.Sai Rohit, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the investigation is still pending. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the crime was registered on 28.03.2018 in Cr.No..210 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 447, 420 IPC, there is no progress in the investigation so far. 5. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
