This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... writ of Mandamus directing the respondent-SHO, Chintalapudi to register FIR against the unofficial respondents (6 to 11 and to take stern action against the unofficial respondents on their illegal, high- handed and barbarian act of cutting away the valuable palm oil trees.”
2. Sri B.V.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Police are not taking any action on the complaint given by the Petitioners. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the contents of the complaint given by the Petitioner are of civil nature, as such, the Police have not registered any case based on the said complaint. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
