The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mango P.S. Case No. 69/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri U. Jain, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. It was submitted that a loaded country made pistol and a live cartridge were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for a year. 4. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri U.
