For the Informant : Mr. Arun Kumar, Advocate --- 02/10.02.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Satbarwa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191, 126, 127, 115, 117, 118, 109(1) of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 02.10.2024 at about 8:00 A.M., the accused persons are alleged to have assaulted parents of the informant, due to which, father of the informant succumbed to his injuries. It was submitted that there is general allegation against the petitioner. It was further submitted that there is specific allegation against the co-accused namely Sakendra Uraon, Ravindra Bhuiyan and Pappu Bhuiyan. It was further submitted that as many as 11 named and 4 unknown accused persons have been made accused in this case. Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused persons have mercilessly assaulted the deceased. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Satbarwa P.S.
