Today, the matter is listed on Modification Application. 4. Learned Senior Counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have no grievance against dismissal of the writ petition, and only they want that parties be directed to maintain status quo, qua possession over the land in question. 5. Law is well settled that after dismissing a writ petition, this Court cannot pass any interim order. It is more so, when the writ petition was earlier dismissed, then on a modification application, such relief cannot be granted. 6. Accordingly, Modification Application (MCC/4/2025) is dismissed. 7.
