Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:68729-DB Court No. - 21 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 13454 of 2025 Petitioner :- Rajneesh Kumar And Another Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Neeraj Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Kaushalendra Nath Singh Hon'ble Manoj Kumar Gupta,J. Hon'ble Anish Kumar Gupta,J.
1. The petitioners have assailed orders dated 7.11.2023 and 12.9.2023 passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee, Noida constituted under the provisions of Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. By the said orders, the complaint of the petitioners that they have not been allotted suitable vending site so far has been rejected with the finding that in the survey carried out in the year 2018, a survey list was prepared and in which name of the petitioners do not find place. It has also been observed that in the survey of 2018, 7,652 vendors were identified, out of whom only 4396 could be allotted space so far and the process of allotment from the said list is in progress.
2. There is no material on record to show that the name of the petitioners was included in the survey list prepared in the year
2018.
3. Consequently, we find no illegality in the impugned order to warrant interference in exercise of the writ jurisdiction.
4. The petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anish Kumar Gupta, J.) (Manoj Kumar Gupta, J.) Order Date :- 1.5.2025 Jaideep/- Digitally signed by :- JAIDEEP BANERJEE High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
