THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 6049 of 2021
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation in FIR No.98/2020 on the file of the Veligandla Police Station, Prakasam District to the Crime Investigation Department or any other Investigating Agency enabling to conduct fair and proper investigation in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard Sri P. Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition is filed seeking transfer of the investigation in FIR No.98/2020 on the file of the Veligandla Police Station, Prakasam District to CID.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the investigation has been completed in this matter and the charge sheet has also been filed.
5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before an appropriate forum according to law.
6. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it does not preclude the petitioner to work out her remedy before an appropriate forum according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
