Criminal Misc. Application bearing No. CRM-7563-2026, under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, has been filed seeking withdrawal of the main case i.e. CRM-M-68332-2025, which is listed for 23.04.2026. 2. It has been averred in the application, main case is fixed for 23.04.2026, and during the pendency of present petition, applicant-petitioner has been granted the concession of interim bail, till the receipt of FSL report, as the incomplete challan was filed by the prosecution. Therefore, in the given circumstances, applicant-petitioner prays for withdrawal of main petition. Besides, there is a request of learned counsel for the applicant- petitioner that the date of hearing in the main case, which is fixed for 23.04.2026 be also pre-poned for today itself, and then applicant-petitioner be allowed to withdraw the main case, i.e., CRM-M-68332-2025. 3.
