This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the proceedings dated 17.05.2018 passed in M.C.No.30/2017 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Srikakulam.
2. Heard and perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are required in this Criminal Revision Case in view of the settlement arrived at in between the parties.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated and the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
