The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants to quash the order dated 4.3.2025 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 12, Mathura in Criminal Case No. 4465 of 2019 (State Vs. Naresh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 506 of 2018, under Sections 323, 324, 504, 506, of I.P.C., Police Station- Raya, District- Mathura, whereby discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
