GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.34153 of 2025 ORDER: The instant writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents in interfering and attempting to dispossess the petitioner from lawful possession and enjoyment of the property situated at Sy.No.234/5, to an extent of Ac.0.12 cents, bounded by East: Road, West: YSR Primary Medical Center, North: Anjaneya Swamy Statue, South: Land belongs Saparla Veeraiah, at Maruproluvariplayam Village, Bapatla Mandal, Bapatla District. To establish possession, petitioner herein filed D-form patta issued in favour of the father of the petitioner. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 furnished written instructions (forms part of record), wherein it indicates that Gram Panchayat is not interfering with the subject land in Sy.No.234/5, to an extent of Ac.0.12 cents, Maruproluvariplayam Village, Bapatla Mandal, Bapatla District. 3. Basing on the written instructions furnished by the learned Standing Counsel, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities not to interfere with the petitioner’s subject land without following due process of law.
