Admittedly as per the controversy involved in the petition, the matter is triable by the Central Administrative Tribunal. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition is transferred for disposal under law to the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu, Bench Jammu and the date of hearing before the learned Tribunal is fixed as 09.07.2025. 4.
