PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 6083/2022 ORDER: The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C)/under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.2, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against him in Cr.No.206 of 2022 of Naidupet Police Station, Tirupati District. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V. Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police have filed charge sheet in the aforesaid crime. In that view of the matter, the petition may be disposed of with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the charge sheet filed by the police. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
