3. Heard Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the relief has become infructuous, since the case was dismissed on 17.05.2023 before the trial Court and petition may be
disposed of recording the same.
