...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondents No. 1 in not registering the FIR and not providing the protection to the life of the Petitioner in pursuant to the Complaint dated 08-11-2021 made by the Petitioner against the Respondents No. 6 to 8 even inspite of the contents of the Complaint clearly disclose the commission of the cognizable offence and not providing protection even inspite of the Petitioner is having life threat from the Respondents No. 6 to 8 as arbitrary, illegal and violation of the Article 22 of Constitution of India and contrary to Sec.154 of Cr.P.0 and consequently direct the Respondents No. 1 to take appropriate action forthwith against the Respondents No. 6 to 8 for prosecuting them in accordance with law and providing necessary protection to the Petitioner in the interest of justice.

ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the Respondent No.1 in not registering the FIR and not providing the protection to the life of the Petitioner in pursuant to the Complaint dated 08-11-2021 made by the Petitioner against the Respondents 6 to 8 even in spite of the contents of the Complaint clearly disclose the commission of the cognizable offence and not providing protection even in spite of the Petitioner is having life threat from the Respondents 6 to 8 as arbitrary, illegal and violation of the Article 22 of Constitution of India and contrary to Sec.154 of Cr.P.C and consequently, direct the Respondent No.1 to take appropriate action forthwith against the Respondents 6 to 8 for prosecuting them in accordance with law and providing necessary protection to the Petitioner in the interest of justice. ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record, the written instructions and would submit that basing on the complaint of the Petitioner, a case in Crime No.323 of 2021 of Halaharvi Police Station was registered against the unofficial respondents and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.
In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
