There is continuous interference by the administration on holding out threats to demolish the charcoal kilns. He seeks appropriate direction of restraint. 2. Mr.Devesh Vikram, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, allegation is of mere apprehension. 3. The administrative-authorities or any of them may take steps in accordance with law. We accept submission of State that petitioner has simply alleged apprehension, inasmuch as, if demolition is to be done, it will be preceded by notice. 4.
