NIMMAGADDA REVATHI The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 30531 of 2023 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with civil disputes, in respect of the property admeasuring Ac. 1.00 in Survey No. 128 and Ac. 0.50 cents in Survey No. 129, total Ac. 1.50 cents of Ongole Revenue which was purchased through a registered sale deed document No. 4114/2023, dated 27.02.2023 for valuable consideration, inspite of there being interim injunction granted in I.A.No. 402 of 2023 in O.S. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that based on the complaint made by respondent No.5, a case in Cr.No.894 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120B r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioner. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow the due procedure of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
