Heard Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. No representation for the petitioner. 3. Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department on 04.11.2025 submitted that the amounts have been already paid to the petitioner. 4. To the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions from the petitioner and accordingly the matter was adjourned. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents that the amounts have already been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. However, if the petitioner feels that the cause survives, the petitioner can file approach application within two(02) months. No costs.
